Contact & abuse

Last updated: October 5, 2026

One address for everything: support@valuebattles.com. We read every message and aim to answer within 72 hours, much faster for anything urgent. Please write in English and put the topic in the subject line.

Report a player

The quickest way is the โš‘ Report button: on the other player's camera during a battle, on the results screen, or on their profile. You can block them at the same time, so you're never matched again. You can also email us with their username, roughly when it happened and what they did (subject: Report).

Illegal content or someone at risk

If someone may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then email us with the subject URGENT and the username, time and what you saw. We act on reports of child sexual abuse material, threats and other illegal content straight away and report them to the authorities where the law requires it.

Authorities and legal requests

This address is also our single point of contact for authorities, regulators and courts (including under the EU Digital Services Act and the UK Online Safety Act). Please include your organisation, the legal basis of the request and the usernames or accounts concerned.

Copyright and trademark notices

If an avatar or other content on ValueBattles infringes your rights, email us (subject: Copyright notice) with: your name and contact details; the work or trademark concerned; the username or page where it appears; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

Your data

Download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, any time in Settings โ†’ Account. For any other privacy question or request, email us (subject: Privacy). Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Appeals

If your camera was hidden, your account was suspended or banned, or a report about you was acted on and you think we got it wrong, email us (subject: Appeal) with your username. A person will review it.
